Which notifications will I receive from somnio?

In this article, you will learn which email notifications you will receive from somnio and how you can adjust them.

somnio also supports you during your sleep training through automatic notifications by email or push notifications on your smartphone. These are intended to help you complete the training regularly and keep important steps in view. Regularity is an important component of your sleep training. We therefore recommend activating notifications so that you are guided through the training in the best possible way. 

Missing journal entries: Your entries in the sleep journal are a central part of the training. They help you track your development and are a prerequisite for unlocking certain modules. If you have not made an entry in the sleep journal within three days, you will receive a reminder email. If you use somnio as an app on your smartphone, you will also receive a short reminder message, both for missing morning logs and for missing evening logs. This supports you in maintaining the routine – an important factor for progress in training.

Note: You can activate or deactivate these notifications at any time in your profile.

Unlocked modules: During the course of your training, new modules are gradually unlocked for you. Before so-called Goals Modules, pauses are deliberately planned so that you can apply and reinforce what you have learned in daily routine. As soon as a new module is available, or if you have not yet completed a module you already started, you may receive a reminder email about it. When using the smartphone, you will also receive this information directly as a push notification – so you will not miss any new module.

Note: You can also adjust these notifications individually in your profile.

Expiry of your license: The license for somnio is valid for 90 days. To ensure that you are informed in good time, you will receive an email notification 14 and 7 days before your license expires. This gives you enough time to complete your sleep training or, if necessary, take care of an extension.
