Use our prescription transfer service and we will forward the prescription directly to your statutory health insurance provider for you - completely free of charge.

How to use our free prescription transfer service

Upload your prescription

Upload a scan or photo of your prescription (but not an e-prescription) in the following form, fill in the contact details and click on "Send".

Submission of your prescription

We will submit your prescription to your health insurance company on your behalf while you can just sit back and relax.

Activate the app

Within 5-7 working days, your health insurance company will send you the 16-digit code for activating somnio.
