Why don’t I receive a response to my feedback at the end of a module?

In this article, you will learn what the feedback at the end of a module is used for and why you do not receive a personal response to it.

At the end of a module, you have the option to provide feedback. This feature is intended to tell us how you experienced the respective module and whether it was helpful for you. In addition, you can leave comments or notes there.

The feedback is not answered individually. It is collected and evaluated anonymously in order to continuously develop somnio and improve the content in the long term. As a result, you will not receive a direct response to this feedback.

If you have questions about your digital sleep training, something is unclear, or you would like a personal response, please do not use the feedback feature at the end of the module, but contact our support team directly. This way, we can address your concern specifically and help you further.
