Digital CBT-I with somnio reduces insomnia symptoms more effectively than digital self-monitoring
A recent randomized controlled trial confirms for the first time the effectiveness of digital sleep training with somnio compared to digital self-monitoring. The special study design is the first in Germany with an active control group and allows clear conclusions to be drawn about the specific effects of CBT-I with somnio, as the control group also uses elements of the app such as the journal. The results of the study show that digital CBT-I with somnio significantly reduces insomnia symptoms and significantly improves relevant sleep parameters.
