Medical purpose

somnio is a digital application for the treatment of sleep-onset and sleep maintenance insomnia. The application comprises evidence-based and guideline-compliant content from the field of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). For this purpose, knowledge-providing elements, validated questionnaires, journals, guided exercises and techniques from the field of CBT-I are used. The goal of the program is to reduce patients’ insomnia symptoms. somnio is suitable for patients 18 years and older who suffer from symptoms of insomnia.
