Medical purpose

somnio is a digital application for the treatment of insomnia. The application conveys evidence-based and guideline-compliant content from cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CVT-I). For this purpose, knowledge transfer, validated questionnaires, journals, guided exercises and techniques from the field of CVT-I are used. The aim of the program is to reduce the insomnia symptoms of patients. somnio is suitable for patients between 18-65 years of age who suffer from insomnia symptoms.
