The sleep diary is a central training tool in which all relevant sleep data are stored and updated daily.
Optionally, a sleep tracker can be integrated for the automated completion of the morning log. Currently, all activity trackers from Fitbit, Garmin and Withings that can record sleep data are supported.
After integrating such an activity tracker, the sleep data is automatically synchronised with the programme.
The precision of automatic sleep tracking varies from person to person. mementor can therefore not guarantee the correctness of the data and expressly recommends chicking the synchronised data regularly and adjusting it if necessary.
