A central element of sleep training is the sleep journal, in which all relevant sleep data is recorded daily.
Optionally, a sleep tracker can be integrated for an automated completion of the morning log. At the moment, all activity trackers of the manufacturer Apple, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar and Withings able to record sleep data are supported.
After integrating such an activity tracker, the sleep data is automatically synchronized with the program.
The precision of automatic sleep tracking varies from person to person. mementor can therefore not guarantee the correctness of the data and expressly recommends checking the synchronized data regularly and adjusting it if necessary.
