The digital health application (DiGA) somnio is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). In many studies, CBT-I has proven to be an effective method for the treatment of insomnia. It is therefore listed in the S-3 treatment guideline of the German Society for Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine as the treatment method of first choice.
