Who is somnio suitable for?
somnio is aimed at people who suffer from insomnia. Insomnia is characterised by three main symptoms:
● difficulty falling asleep ● difficulty sleeping through the night ● early morning awakening
Insomnia is diagnosed when one or more of these symptoms occur at least three times a week for at least one month and the person affected is restricted in their ability to work or does not feel sufficiently rested.

Clinical efficacy of somnio
