The prescription of somnio is easy for both the prescribing practitioner and the user. There are only three steps to start treatment with somnio:
1 Download the somnio app. It’s free in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can also use somnio via an internet browser.
2 Speak to your doctor or physiotherapist about somnio.
3 The health practitioner prescribes the somnio DiGA for you (prescription includes “somnio” and the PZN (German pharmacy code) 16898724).
4 Submit the prescription to your health insurer.
5 The health insurer generates an access code for somnio.
6 You enable somnio with the code and launch the application.
1 Talk to your health practitioner (family doctor, specialist or psychotherapist), e.g. with the somnio information sheet, either in the practice or via a telemedicine provider ( Teleclinic or Avimedical ) about our somnio app.
2 somnio can easily be prescribed with a health insurance prescription.
3 If you have received a prescription for somnio, you can submit the prescription to your health insurer in various ways:
4 You will then receive a 16-digit prescription code from your health insurer
5 Download somnio from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or use app.somn.io in the browser to register.
6 Enter the prescription code and get started with somnio rightaway.
1 Talk to your health practitioner (family doctor, specialist or psychotherapist) about your sleep problems and ask for our app on prescription, e.g. using the somnio info sheet.
2 You will receive confirmation of the indication from the specialist (also possible via telemedicine providers such as Teleclinic or Avimedical ).
3 Request a cost estimate for somnio (by email to medical@mementor.de ).
4 Inquire with your private health insurance company about the assumption of costs (not applicable for self-payers).
5 After confirmation from your private health insurer, you purchase somnio here and receive the 16-digit prescription code via email.
6 Submit the bill to the health insurer (not applicable for self-payers).
7 Download somnio from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or use app.somn.io in the browser to register.
8 Enter the prescription code and get started with somnio rightaway.
1 You also have the option of getting a prescription for somnio for you at home or on the go.
2 With telemedicine providers such as Teleclinic or Avimedical, medical advice on your sleep problems is provided quickly and easily via video.
3 Follow the steps outlined in the sections above to receive your prescription code (either as a statutory or privately insured person/self-payer).
4 Download somnio from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or use app.somn.io in the browser to register.
5 Enter the prescription code and get started with somnio rightaway.
