On average, we spend 27 years of our lifetime asleep.

Who can benefit from the sleep training?

somnio can offer you support if you live with insomnia. There are 3 key symptoms of insomnia:

Difficulty falling asleep

You toss and turn in bed. Your thoughts go round in circles and you just can’t fall asleep.

Waking up at night

You regularly wake up at night, and it takes too long until you can go back to sleep.

Waking up too early

You wake up early in the morning, much earlier than you wanted to. You try to fall asleep again, but you rarely manage to.

Better sleep within a few clicks?

somnio needs your help so that it can help you. An essential tool within the training is your sleep diary which you complete every day, recording your sleep times, your mood and other data.

This is how somnio is able to provide you with an accurate analysis of your data and an effective training tailored to your needs.

But don’t worry – it’s just a short survey. If you‘re using a sleep tracker, it can automatically fill in some of the required info.

Between modules, it’s generally up to you to decide for how long you wait until you start your next module. In our experience, somnio users report significantly better sleep within four to six weeks after beginning the training.    

How can I use the program?

somnio runs on your PC, laptop and tablet. 

Using your smartphone, you can access the sleep training directly in your browser. 

Alternatively, somnio is available for download as a mobile app for Apple devices in the App Store, and for Android devices in the Play Store.

Was geschieht mit meinen Daten?

Wir nehmen den Datenschutz sehr ernst. Deshalb werden nur die notwendigsten Angaben gespeichert. Für einen optimalen Effekt braucht das Programm allerdings einige Angaben zu Ihrem Schlafverhalten, beispielsweise Einschlaf- und Aufwachzeiten.

Auf Ihre Person hinweisende Informationen wie der vollständige Name, Adresse etc. müssen Sie jedoch nicht angeben. Lediglich Ihre E-Mail-Adresse wird benötigt, damit der Schlafcoach Sie beispielsweise zu neuen Modulen einladen oder Ihnen verschiedene Übungen empfehlen kann.
